Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/27/2024 from 9:26 am to 10:00 am. There were 2 children supervised by 1 direct caregivers. The home, 1 caregivers records, 2 children?s records, 1 household member record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed in tabletop activities. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Based on caregiver record review, caregivers who work directly with children did not complete the department's health and safety update course.
Evidence: Caregiver #1 did not have documentation of completing the health and safety update course for 2023.
