Comments:
The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 10:30 a.m. until 12:15. There were 27 children in care with staff supervising at all times. Infants were observed playing, napping, and being fed a bottle. Children were observed playing, watching a video, and during rest time and lunch time. Violations from the last inspection had been corrected. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. Please contact your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
Based on observation, the center did not maintain the center in a safe manner. Evidence: 1. The inspector observed a loose handle on the bumlebee piece of equipment on the playground.
Plan of Correction:
The handle will be securely attached.
