An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/29/2024 and the inspection concluded on 5/29/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and five staff. The inspector reviewed five children records and four staff records on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
