Technical Assistance:
Inspector and provider discussed cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-11:45am. There were 9 children (32 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and eating lunch. Infants were observed having tummy time and moving freely throughout the area. Toddlers were observed playing with balls and climbing the soft climbing structures. Lunch is brought from home daily. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. An area of non-compliance is identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, the child's record did not contain all required information.
Evidence: 1) Child 1 is missing both parents employer and work phone number. 2) Child 2 is missing the name, address, and phone of one emergency contact and the address and phone number for a second named emergency contact.
Plan of Correction:
I will talk to parents and get the information today.
