This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The department received a complaint/self-reported incident regarding allegations in the areas of 22VAC40-665-(8), and a subsequent investigation/inspection was initiated on June 29, 2020 and concluded on June 29, 2020. The inspector contacted the vendor by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector emailed the vendor a list of documentation required to complete the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
