An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 2, 2023. This on-site visit was conducted from 12:00 p.m. through 12:45 p.m. Thirty -two children, ages 3 months through-5, were in the care of 6 staff. Five children and Fifteen staff records were reviewed.
No violations were found during this inspection.
