Provided consultation on the written allergy list, and having individual columns for children's "allergies", "sensitivities" and "dietary restrictions."

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:00 - 3:30 pm with staff. An offsite review of records was conducted on 5/11/22. There were 31 children, ranging from 6 years to 11 years of age, present with 3 staff supervising. Children were observed playing quietly and completing homework. Two children's records and three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. It was reported that there was no medication to review, however staff on site have current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), first aid and CPR. The emergency drill log, attendance, written allergy list, fire and health inspections were reviewed and in compliance.
