The licensing inspector completed an unannounced complaint inspection in response to complaints that were received by the Department on October 25, 2019 concerning the care, protection, and supervision of children. The investigation was initiated on October 25, 2019 and completed on January 15, 2020. On November 1, 2019 the licensing inspector was on site from approximately 12:00 PM until 2:10 PM interviewing staff, reviewing documentation, and conducting observations. On November 13, 2019 the licensing inspector was on site from approximately 10:40 AM until 11:35 AM conducting additional interviews and observations. Additional interviews were conducted on 10/25/2019, 11/08/2019, 11/12/2019, and 01/08/2020. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
