A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 06/11/2024. There was one 7 year old child, totaling 1 point, and one caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, care of children, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 children?s records, 1 caregiver record, 1 household member, and 2 pet records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:30 am and departed at 12:20 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
