An announced other inspection was conducted on 09/27/2019 in response to a change of location request received in the licensing office on 09/12/2019. The inspector reviewed the physical plant and outdoor play area for the new location at 5960 Churchland Boulevard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23703.
Measurements were taken for five classrooms and the outdoor play area.
CDC standards in the areas of staff qualifications and training, staffing & supervision and special services were not reviewed as the program is not in operation at this location.
