Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 7 children, totaling 19 points. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
Based on a review of emergency preparedness documents, it was determined that the provider did not practice the lockdown procedures at least annually. Evidence: The provider did not conduct a lockdown drill during the 2019 calendar year.
Plan of Correction:
I remember to do a lockdown drill this year.
