A complaint investigation was conducted jointly with a local agency and was initiated on 2/5/2024. The complaint consisted of allegations received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding supervision. Interviews were conducted and observations were made in the 4's classroom. The investigation was closed on 3/7/2024. The allegations contained in the complaint were unable to be substantiated
