Comments:
A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on October 16, 2023 from 4:35pm-5:05pm. There were 11 children in care with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed completing homework and coloring pages and playing games. Staff were observed helping the children with homework and playing games with them. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, each staff member did not submit documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening.
Evidence: There was no documentation for a negative tuberculosis screening for Staff 1 who was present at the time of inspection.
Plan of Correction:
A negative tuberculosis screening was submitted for the employee on 10/23/2023 which was conducted on 10/21/2023.
