Comments:
A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on MAy 29, 2024 from approximately 3:00pm-4:00pm. There were 18 children in care with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed checking into the program and playing freely. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, all staff did not complete repeat background checks every five years.
Evidence: Staff 1 has a criminal history background check that expired on 02/08/2024.
