Comments:
This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 03/06/2024, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11:30 am. There were 7 children present (16 points), ranging from infant to school-age, with 1 caregiver supervising. The children were engaged in the following: art, toy play, center activities, song, music, bathroom breaks, hand washing, diapering, games, getting ready for lunch, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (no meds or allergies noted on site); special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 7 children files, 1 household record, and 1 staff file was reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.

If you should have any questions, please call or send an email to charlie.perkins@doe.virginia.gov. Thank you.
