A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 56 children present with 4 staff. Children were observed playing bingo with a staff member, using their personal electronic devices and tablets, listening to music, reading, designing candles, playing table soccer, and playing with slime. Reviewed 4 staff files, 4 children's files, attendance, emergency evacuation log, and physical plant. There were no children present with medication on site.
