An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:30 am-8:30. There were a total of 33 children with 4 staff members present. Children were observed arriving to the program, engaged in activities legos, making bracelets and games in the gym. A selection of staff trainings and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. There were no violations cited this date.
