Comments:
A monitoring renewal complaint inspection was conducted; there were 6 children present with three staff supervising. Children were observed eating snack, participating in a drill, and dismissing for the day.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the center failed to have all the required documents. Evidence: 1. Child #5 did not have proof of ID.
Plan of Correction:
Parent will provide proof of ID and if not a letter will be sent to the Buchanan County Sheriff's Dept. with the child's name.
