The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on 1/16/20 in response to a complaint received by the department on 1/6/20 for allegations regarding ratios. Interviews were conducted with the staff and observations were made. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
