Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 6/4/2024 from 11:15 am-12:40 pm. There were 9 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 caregivers' records, 6 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Based on record review, 1 of 3 caregiver files indicated that the provider has not ensured that each caregiver has submitted documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment.
Evidence: 1. The TB documentation on file for Caregiver #2 is dated 02/08/2024. 2. The Provider stated that Caregiver #2's employment date was 05/25/2024.
