Comments: An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/2/21. There were 39 children and 9 staff present. The focus of the inspection was to determine whether the provider had corrected or is in the process of correcting previously cited violations in the areas of standards noted on their Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). This inspection yielded no violations of applicable laws or regulations.
