This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/06/2022 and concluded with a record review inspection on 04/07/2022. The provider was contacted by Zoom and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 38 children, ages 5 years-11 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
