Comments:
An announced staff record review inspection was conducted on 05/15/2024. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived at 9:00 am and departed at 10:55 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
Based on record review, the center failed to obtain the findings from a search of the central registry within 30 days of employment.
Evidence: The record for Staff 4 contained a documented hire date 02/12/2024. There were no findings from a search of the central registry for Staff 4 available for review during the 05/15/2024 inspection.
