A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/08/2023; a staff record and policy/procedures review will be conducted on a later date. There were 44 children, ages 5 years-11 years, and a total of 4 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during afternoon snack, in large motor play both inside and outside and doing an art project. A total of 5 children?s records were reviewed. The inspector arrived to the center at 3:20 pm and departed at 5:20 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
