A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 04/23/2024; a staff record review will be conducted on a later date. There were 48 children, ages 6 years-11 years, and a total of 7 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed arriving to the program following their school day, during welcoming activities, having an afternoon snack and during homework time. A total of 5 children?s records were reviewed. The inspector arrived to the center at 2:40 pm and departed at 3:50 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
