Comments:
On December 29, 2020 a virtual monitoring inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site; the inspection was conducted via mobile video application as well as email and phone correspondence. During the inspection there were no children present, however according to provider there 7 enrolled. Child, assistant, provider and household member records were reviewed. The home as well as emergency procedures and supplies was also inspected. Violations were indicated in the violation notice.

Based on observation and documentation review the inspector was unable to verify that emergency drills were practiced monthly as required.
Evidence: During inspection the documented drills provided were dated from the previous calendar year.

I will correct the dates, drills were conducted.
