Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 12 children (32 pts) present with Provider and 1 Assistant. When the Inspector arrived, children were completing lunch and washing hands. The children transitioned to free play and watched a TV program while the staff held and fed infants. Walk thru of the programming space conducted. Violations found at the renewal inspection in July were reviewed and corrective actions verified. All paperwork for children's records are now complete, first aid/CPR and all background checks for all staff and household are current. All areas of the standards were reviewed today. Improvement in recordation noted. This inspection began at approximately 11:30am and ended at 1:25pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. Based on staff record review, orientation training for one staff was not completed. Evidence: Staff #2 was hired in June 2019, orientation training was not completed to date.
Plan of Correction:
This staff is a re-hire. No changes in operation. Will re-train this staff by the end of this week.
