Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on 07/25/2019 from 9:52am to 1:05pm. The children were observed playing on the playground and in centers. A formal observation was completed with the twos and threes classrooms. The menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today as well as the center's buses.
Six children?s records and five employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered and was reviewed. The center?s injury prevention plan was updated 11/15/2018.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 07/17/2019 Last shelter-in-place drill: 01/24/2019 Last fire inspection: 02/11/2019 Last health inspection: 02/01/2019
Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Infants - 3:1 Toddlers ? 5:1 Twos - 9:2 Threes - 13:2 Jr. K ? 11:2 School Age - 21:2
The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no repeat violations found during today?s inspection.

Based on record review, the center did not ensure that fingerprint check results were obtained by 09/30/2018, for one applicant/licensee hired prior to 1/22/2018. Evidence: The record of applicant #1 indicated that the applicant was hired prior to 01/22/2018 and did not contain fingerprint check results.
Plan of Correction:
Applicant #2 has already scheduled the field print date for the 30th.
