An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 24, 2023 from approximately 12:40pm -1:56pm . The children were observed napping and freely playing . Records were reviewed remotley.There was 25 children and 5 staff present during the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and staff interview, the facility did not ensure there was one staff member to four children from zero to 16 months.
Evidence: In the infant room, Staff #4 was alone with 5 children.

One child transitioning to toddler room.
