An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 01/30/24 from 7:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. with the director. There were 22 children in care, ranging in age from four months to five-years-old, supervised by six staff. The children were observed eating breakfast and engaged in free play. Five child records and five staff records were reviewed. The Center has six staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, and six staff trained in Daily Health Observation Training. Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 11/21/23 and the most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 02/23/23. Breakfast served was waffles, syrup, and milk. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
