Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 5/13/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on observation and record review, the arrival of one child was not documented as it occurred on the written record of daily attendance.
Evidence: 1. 4 children were in care at 8:40am. Only 3 children were marked present on the written record of daily attendance.
