Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 22, 2024 between the hours of 10:58am and 11:58am. There were 6 children present with one (1) caregiver supervising within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing outside, toileting, handwashing, and playing with other age-appropriate toys and materials. Positive interactions were observed between children and caregiver. The home was clean and organized. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, required posted documents, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, evacuation drills, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, outside play area and emergency procedures. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
