This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 10, 2021 and completed on March 11, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone (video call) to initiate the inspection. There were 47 children in the care of nine staff with a staff member available to assist where needed. The inspector conducted a virtual inspection and was able to view all required documentation. Four children?s records and four staff records were reviewed. The center was virtually toured and children were observed in care. The information gathered during the inspection determined there were no violations with applicable standards or law.
The Licensing Inspector reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
