An unannounced inspection was conducted today, July 25, 2019 in response to an allegation received by The Department of Social Services, Licensing on July 15, 2019 concerning inappropriate staff to child ratios. The inspection was initiated at 6:54am and concluded at 8:00am. Staff interviews were conducted and observations were made in the center. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation, therefore the complaint is not valid.
