An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted today, January 10, 2020 in response to an allegation received by The Department of Social Services, Licensing on October 29, 2019 concerning inappropriate staff to child ratios. The inspection was initiated at 3:30 pm and concluded at 4:00 am. Staff interviews were conducted and observations were made in the center. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation, therefore the complaint is not valid.
Today's census: 6 infants with 2 staff.
