Comments:
Licensing inspector arrived at 11:25am and departed at 1:06 pm to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety inspection. At the time of the tour there was 8 children in care and ( 24 points) with 3 staff . Children were observed outside playing, eating lunch, watching tv, freely playing ad napping. The sample size consisted of seven children records and three staff/household records. Areas of non-compliance was reviewed with the provider.
The providers responses for the Description of Action To Be Taken were not received as of 12/12/2019 and will not appear on this Violation Notice.
Based on record review, the provider did not ensure there was continuity of operations procedures to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency.
Evidence: The provider confirmed she did not have procedures for continuity of operations to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency.
Plan of Correction:
The provider added the information when inspector was present.
