Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:00pm-1:20pm. There were 54 children in the direct care and supervision of 15 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed eating lunch and engaged with the staff. Four new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Based on record review, the tuberculosis screening was not complete at least every two years.
