A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/17/2019 from 10:04am to 3:15pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The children were observed learning through play in centers, eating lunch and preparing for nap. The infants were observed eating, having tummy time and floor play. A formal observation was completed with the toddler and two year old classrooms. The lunch menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. All classrooms were inspected today as well as the facility?s playground.
Five children?s records and ten employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is not being administered.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed:
Infants ? 9:3
Toddlers ? 5:1
Twos ? 12:2
Preschool 1- 13:2
Preschool 2- 8:1
Jr. Kindergarten ? 16:2
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
