The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on November 14, 2019 regarding supervision and injury reporting. In addition to the initial complaint, the department received another complaint regarding supervision and injury reporting on November 17, 2019. The inspection was initiated on December 17, 2019 and completed on December 17, 2019. On December 17, 2019, the inspector was on site from 10:04am to 3:15pm. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
