The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced subsidy health and safety complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on November 14, 2019 regarding compliance with the terms of the vendor agreement. In addition to the initial complaint, the department received another complaint regarding compliance with the terms of the vendor agreement on November 17, 2019. The inspection was initiated on December 17, 2019 and completed on December 17, 2019. On December 17, 2019, the inspector was on site from 10:04am to 3:15pm. Interviews with staff were completed and observations were made in the center.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
