Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/24/2010 from 9:35 am to 12:55 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The children were observed reading Dr. Seuss books, engaging in letter activities, playing educational computer games with their teachers, and eating lunch. Lunch consisted of pizza with extra cheese, sweet peas, tropical fruit and milk. A formal observation was completed in the two year old and three year old rooms. Additionally, when appropriate the inspector interacted with children in each classroom. Records were reviewed for five children and five staff. Emergency medications are being administered and were reviewed. Injury reports were reviewed.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 01/16/2020 Last shelter-in-place drill: 12/24/2019 Last fire inspection: 06/01/2019 Last health inspection: 02/12/2020
Today's Census: 21 children were on site during the inspection.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
