A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/20/2022 between the hours of approximately 10:20 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 12 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 22 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with blocks, coloring and engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
