An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) Inspection was
conducted on the same date as the licencing inspection; the two inspections combined cover the Subsidy Health and Safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
