An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 05/23/2023, from 8:45AM to 9:20AM. 5 children (16pts) were directly supervised by 1 caregiver at the beginning of the inspection. 1 addition child and an assistant arrived during the inspection. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, evacuation drills, 2 children?s records, and caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Children were observed eating the morning snack of cereal, blueberries and milk. No medications were on site. Age appropriate activities and materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
