Comments:
An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted on June 17, 2022 from 10:00am to 10:30am. There were no children present with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, caregivers did not obtain a minimum of 16 clock hours of training annually in areas relevant to their job responsibilities.
Evidence: Caregiver 1 and 2 did not complete the required 16 hours of training for 2021.
Plan of Correction:
The provider has already started training hours for 2022.
