Comments:
Health and Safety inspection was conducted from 3:10pm through 5:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 42 children in care with seven staff. Children present ranged in age from two months to nine years old. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
1 - The record for staff 2 does not contain any a tuberculosis screening having been completed. a. Staff 2 has a documented date of hire as December 10, 2019. b. Staff 2 was present and providing direct care to children.
