This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced remote inspection on 1/21/22 and concluded on 2/1/22 in response to a complaint received by the department on 1/21/22 for allegations regarding ratios and parent communication. Interviews were conducted relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
