Based on a review of records, one caregiver record did not contain documentation of a repeated nationwide fingerprint search within the allowable 5 year period. Evidence: Caregiver B's record contained a nationwide fingerprint search that was dated 12/4/2018.(expired).

The person went to have them done, but needed another document. An appointment is scheduled for 12/16/23.
