Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 7 children present (17 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed finishing their lunch, washing hands, playing with toys, watching a TV show and preparing for rest time. 5 child records, 2 caregiver records and 3 household member records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today. The 2 dogs have current rabies vaccinations.

Based on a review of records, one child record did not contain all required information. Evidence: Child 1's record did not contain the insurance policy number.

Description:
Based on review of records, child records did not contain written acknowledgement of all required policies and procedures. Evidence: 1. Child 1's records did not contain documentation of receiving the policies and procedures information. Missing information also included the Provisions of the emergency preparedness plan. 2. Child 3's record did not contain documentation of the medication policy.

I will have the paperwork signed by the parent.
