An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:50 a.m. and ending at 12:30 p.m. with the provider and assistant. There were seven children in care, ranging in age from twelve months through five years old for a total of sixteen points. Children were observed during free play, transition time to hand washing and preparing for lunch. Lunch was fish sticks, wheat bread, mixed vegetables, fruit cocktail, and milk. Child care areas including supplies and materials were observed. A walkthrough of the home was conducted.
Three children's records, two caregiver records, two household member records and two pet records were reviewed. The provider provided documentation of 16 hours of training for the license year.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
